Two, once you're done with this video, move onto the first audio of this experience. You're journey begins! I can't wait to hear about the realizations you've made once all is said and done.

Welcome to your free preview! The 2-day orientation is not included, so I need explain a few things before you begin. Use the image above as I explain the navigation.

#1 - to open and close the side navigation (which is key), click that tiny folder icon in the upper left as seen in the image. That's the only way to your 4-day retreat experience. Note, you'll be locked out of everything but Experience One.

#2 - points to the arrow icon that collapses or opens a given retreat experience /module. You'll only have access to Experience One, so you'll want to keep this module open.

#3 - points to all the content within Experience One: one introductory video (this section), three retreat audios (includes assignments), and one recap audio. Please work from top to bottom.

SET THE STAGE FOR A POWERFUL PREVIEW

This is not a podcast. If you listen but don't engage with the content, you'll get nothing from this experience. Spend an hour at your favorite coffee house or that one nook in your home you love. Use a notepad or your laptop to document your work. I'll give you prompts as you go.

Finally, this is a 4-day retreat, so take your time! This is deep, powerful work. Please don't blow through your answers. Two coffee house days and a day at home? Perfect. Whatever works, but make the most of it and you'll get great results – for free! Not a bad deal.
